The dimensions you choose will correspond closely to the space you need, with an additional 100 mm added to the total length and depth for ease of placement. Since SmartSlot is designed for manual operations, there’s no need to account for extra clearance or manoeuvring space, making it easy to plan and utilise your storage area efficiently.

Our panels are available with and without stiffeners in some, depending on the load capacity and dimensions you select. Our panel widths come in 300mm, 450mm, and 600mm, while lengths are available in 600mm, 750mm, 900mm, and 1200mm, giving you flexible options to fit your storage needs precisely. These panels are engineered to support loads of 100kg, 200kg, and 300kg, ensuring durability and reliability for a variety of applications. To match your space and style, panels are offered in Galvanised, Dark Grey, and Light Grey finishes, combining premium quality with a sleek, modern aesthetic.
Your order will take at least 6 days to process plus the additional time taken for delivery shown at your checkout when it is finalised. In many cases, the processing time can change too.
The SmartSlot racks are designed to fit precisely within the dimensions you select, so they won’t take up any extra space. No additional accessories are required, making the setup simple, efficient, and space-saving.
2-4 People are needed to assemble one rack of any height in about forty minutes.
Four Angles are needed for one rack. If you want to have two racks, you will need eight angles.
Two Corner Plates are needed for each Angle — on the bottom and the top. So, for one rack you will need eight plates.
While ordering a singe rack, four Angles, four Rubber Shoes, eight Corner Plates, and for each level selected – one Panel will be supplied as per the configuration with its relevant fasteners and hardware like bolts and screws. Along with these components, any other extra component added in your order will also be sent. All the relevant documents like the warranty notice and assembly guides with user manuals are also supplied as per the order. No tools will be provided and no extra fasteners are provided in our kits. No safety gear is provided either.
